All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment is processed securely through Whop. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Due to the digital nature of our products once access has been granted or a download link has been provided no refund will be issued regardless of:

• Dissatisfaction with the product

• Failure to achieve desired results

• Inability to access or use the product

• Change of mind or personal circumstances

• Duplicate purchases

By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.

5. Digital Product Access

Upon confirmed payment you will receive access to your purchased digital product via email or direct link. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect contact information provided by the buyer.

All content included in our products and on our website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, workout programs, nutrition guides, and digital materials — is the exclusive property of Peyton Kuhn and Emergence Coaching and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peyton Kuhn and Emergence Coaching from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses including reasonable legal fees arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of our products and services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wisconsin.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith informal negotiation. If informal negotiation fails the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Wisconsin and shall be conducted in English.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our site or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
